Through the Homeless Seniors Program homeless seniors meet with case managers who provide them with access to temporary housing, meals, health care services and counseling during a 90-day transitional period.
Case managers help individuals to create a plan for stable senior housing and independent living.
The program can help seniors with:
- Senior benefits such as Social Security or Medicare.
- Saving money.
- Health and medical assistance.
The goal of the program is to help those in need to provide permanent, affordable senior housing.
