Program Description
Homeless seniors or those in need of permanent housing are provided housing financial assistance.
A Catholic Charities of the East Bay case manager helps determine if homeless seniors qualify. Examples of some of the information that may be required include the senior’s identification, income verification, lease agreement or proof of eviction notice.
Catholic Charities of the East Bay is a multi-service nonprofit Human Services agency providing social services and advocacy in Contra Costa and Alameda counties regardless of religious faith.
