The "Neem Tree Care - Nursing and Dementia Care South Asian Unit" is located in a residential street for a home-like atmosphere with personal bedrooms, nurse call-bells, telephone lines and internet connection and optional satellite channels.

The care home is aware of the cultural sensitivities and religious beliefs of the Indian seniors Indian nurses and care staff who speak Punjabi, Gujrati and Hindi are hired to help care for Indian Seniors living in the UK.
In addition to traditional health care, traditional or herbal medicines are available to the aged with the permission of the resident's doctor.
