Sri Om Care provides the following senior services for South Asian seniors living in Australia.
Day Centers - opportunities for carers of older people to take a break while the elderly attend activities and socialize with other individuals.
Advisory Services -members of the community may seek information about specific services and obtaining access to such services on individual needs.
Home and Community Care -empowering seniors to live independently for as long as possible.
Nursing – assistance in finding suitable senior care or nursing homes that are culturally relevant.
Transitional Care – care to assist seniors improve their independence and confidence after a stay in hospital such as therapy and nursing care.
Housing Assistance – assistance finding suitable housing for seniors who may be at risk of homelessness.
Seminars - workshops on a range of topics for aged care service providers and service users.
Retirement Living –finding suitable accommodation.
