AGRICULTURE CONSERVATION EXPERIENCED SERVICES PROGRAM
Program Description
The Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program assists the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) by providing workers 55 years of age and older to support conservation-related programs.
The partnership between the National Older Worker Career Center and the Natural Resources Conservation Service places experienced workers into positions supporting conservation and environmental protection efforts.
Older adults engage in meaningful and technical work to contribute to the conservation of America's natural resources while using their experience and knowledge, increasing their skill levels, and helping their own financial security.
Seniors can visit the program website to apply for professional, clerical and technical jobs with the Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services Program.
