GEN2GEN EARLY CHILDHOOD INNOVATION FELLOWSHIP
Early Childhood Innovation Fellowship.
The population of older adults is growing and as a result so is the need for a continued sense of purpose and an income. There is also a national shortage of early childhood care and education workers. The Gen2Gen Early Childhood Innovation Fellowship aims to support intergenerational projects that will help solve both social issues.
The Gen2Gen Early Childhood Innovation Fellowship aims to:
- Highlight examples of older adults helping young children to thrive.
- Help innovators tell their stories in compelling ways that will attract attention and funding.
- Create innovative intergenerational programs that solve the shortage of child care and education workers with the help, strength and talent of people over 50.
