THE VISION CENTER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR AGING SERVICES
Illinois, USA.
Program Description
“…we need to develop that next generation of leadership within this industry those people that can go inside the community and not manage it but be an effective leader.”
“Vision Center is trying to grow out programs across the country that can help educate this next generation of leaders to bring together providers and educators to really ignite interest in senior healthcare.”
“…advocating for paid internships and paid experiences so that students don't feel like they have to make a choice between getting an experience and getting paid.”
“The Vision Centre started as a grassroots movement, emerging from a collective sense of the pending leadership crisis the senior living industry faces.”
