Dementia Masterclasses – the Dementia Festival of Ideas is bringing together experts from across the world to explore different themes such as Dementia and Communities, the financial or political aspects of Dementia or Dementia and the Arts. Classes will also be available on-line for those unable to come along in person.
The Big Ask – explores what dementia means to people through an open anonymous, online survey. Feedback will be used by the festival to support classes and additional discussions.
IdeasLabs – will identify ideas and projects where arts and culture can help improve the quality of life people with dementia in the future. Submissions for innovative ideas are being accepted from across the world including America, Hong Kong, Italy, the Republic of Ireland and from across the UK.
International Conference – will include international speakers, interactive events and classes on Dementia.
Writing– The festival is hosting a blog space which will feature the best of Dementia blogs.
Dementia Photography Competition
The Dementia Festival of Ideas has been a participated in the Edinburgh Festival.
