Program Description
“Caregivers buy services and goods to care for someone with Alzheimer’s. Members may receive up to $4,000 each depending on the county’s priorities and a person’s need for services.”

Free in-home care and support for families caring for loved ones with dementia may include:
- Adult day care.
- In-home help.
- Respite care.
- Support groups and self-care.
- Transportation.
- Chair lifts.
- Hobby supplies.
- Home meal delivery.
- Nutrition supplements.
- Security systems.
- Special adaptive clothes.
