Program Description
Bridge Meadows values seniors as a critical component of a shared housing community. Seniors support children by becoming surrogate grandparents mentors and role models. Adoptive families are able to supporting seniors as they age.
Surrogate grandparents can contribute to by helping children with homework, babysitting, gardening teaching classes and many other helpful and unique ways. Ever
