Program Description
Eligible individuals must have some type of chronic disability.
The Disabled Persons and Family Support Program can provide free support services such as:
- Personal Care - bathing, grooming, dressing, toilet use.
- Mobility/Fall Risk
- Transferring/Positioning
- Medication Management
- Transportation
- Errands and Shopping
- Housekeeping and Cleaning Services
- Assistive Devices -wheelchairs, walkers canes etc.
