Program Description
A free Community Conversation Manual is available that gives step-by-step instructions on how to start an end of life conversation series in a particular community.
The "Closure Community End of Life Conversations Series" Program can be customized to fit any community in any area.
The goal of the Closure Community End of Life Conversations Series" Program is to educate, train and increase public awareness about end-of-life issues.
