“The Global Brain Health Institute is dedicated to protecting the world’s aging populations from threats to brain health.”
" The Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health program provides innovative training, networking, and support to emerging leaders focused on improving brain health and reducing the impact of dementia in their local communities and on a global scale… Atlantic Fellows come from many different professional backgrounds including clinical practice, social sciences, arts, economics, public health, research, policy, and education.”

The Global Brain Health Institute works to lessen the impact of dementia through:
- Training and connecting the next generation of leaders in brain health – professions from all backgrounds, skill sets, perspectives, and approaches are trained and work together to develop new solutions to dementia related issues.
- Sharing knowledge and engaging in dementia advocacy – fellows lobby and influence policymakers, influence institutions and systems to advance and advocating for change in brain health and dementia prevention.
- Dementia-Related Research Projects.
