THE CENTER FOR WORKFORCE INCLUSION
Across the USA.
“The Center for Workforce Inclusion bridges the gap by training older Americans in essential skills rather than merely providing job search assistance. We engage with employers and local partners to unleash the potential of older workers, especially the underserved groups of low-income women, our nation’s proud veterans, and returning citizens.”
“Our nation’s economy is dependent on how we train, engage, and retain older workers as employees. Unfortunately, there are few programs preparing older Americans for the jobs of the future.”
“The Center for Workforce Inclusion can help your organization tap into the abundance of older workers in the United States through our nationwide training programs.”
In addition to providing seniors help with finding a job, employment training and mentoring, the Center for Workforce Inclusion advocates for aging related workplace issues and works to change laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal level. The center aims to promote age diverse workplaces.
Workplaces and organizations who partner with The Center for Workforce Inclusion to help seniors find work include:
US Department of Agriculture
US Environmental Protection Agency
US Department of Labor
Senior Contributions Programs
