POSITIVE AGING LIFESTYLES TRAINING PROGRAM
The Positive Aging LifeStyles Training Program focuses on positive aging areas of:
the Ageless Mind, the Ageless Body and the Ageless Spirit.
The goal of the program is to teach seniors how to balance mind, body, and spirit so that they can reach that they can increase their quality of life, self-confidence and be more powerful contributors to society.
The Positive Aging LifeStyles Training Program is encouraged for promotion in communities with the help of community members, service coordinators, and seniors.
The Center for Positive Aging offers seniors, caregivers and the community information, education and training on aging issues, senior services and programs, and senior housing.
