The network has a dedicated AARP Fraud Hotline 877-908-3360 supported by trained fraud specialists along with a website with several online resources.

The AARP Fraud Watch Network provides the following fraud prevention resources:

  • Videos and Information on How Specific Senior Scams Work.
  • Senior Scam Tracking Map – a map showing scams according to zip codes, users can also use this tool to report scams.
  • Senior Scam Alerts via Text – regular watchdog alerts sent to a phone.
  • Social Media – connecting with others on Facebook and Twitter to communicate about senior scams.
  • Common Senior Scams - are detailed including warning signs, and dos and don’ts for older adults.
