Program Description

GreatCall offers older adults the following service plans and packages:

  • Jitterbug Cell Phone - 5Star Urgent Response, larger screen, larger buttons, simple menus.
  • 5Star Urgent Response - older adults may press a button and speak to an agent who can confirm location and arrange for help.
  • Urgent Care – seniors can chat with a nurse or doctor over the phone for medical help, prescriptions and other care issues.
  • Lively Mobile and Lively Wearable - mobile medical alert system for seniors. Help will arrive with the press of a button or when the device detects a fall.
  • GreatCall Link - friends and family receive alerts regarding an elderly loved one’s health and safety.
  • GreatCall Rides – partners with Lyft to offer seniors affordable transportation through a Jitterbug phone. A live agent determines location and can give an estimated wait time.

Great Call for Healthcare - offers health care organizations such as nursing care homes, assisted living and hospitals with remote monitoring technology so that older adults can be monitored from home using sensors which detect movement patterns such as sleep, bathroom, eating and more.
