"Triangle Square - Hollywood is the nation's first affordable low-income housing development with a focus on LGBT elders 62 and over. It serves as the flagship for GLEH's future developments, as well as a model for the standard of care that can be provided nationally."

The "Triangle Square Hollywood LGBT Senior Housing Community" Program is the first of its kind and a model for LGBT senior housing for the rest of the United States and the world.
The focus of the Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing (GLEH) organization is to provide:
-Affordable LGBT senior housing
-LGBT outreach, education and diversity training through the
Gay & Lesbian Elder Housing (GLEH) Outreach and Training Programs
GLEH provides the following services to lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender senior citizens:
Counseling, support groups, HIV/AIDS-related services, nutrition, substance use, budgeting and financial planning, caregiver support, public benefits eligibility, referrals to community resources, recreational activities, arts and culture.
In addition to Triangle Square, Gay & Lesbian Elder Housing is partnering with AMCAL Multi-Housing to provide additional LGBT senior housing in Los Angeles by sponsoring the Argyle Apartments. The housing complex provides low-income LGBT senior housing along with senior and intergenerational services. In addition Argyle Apartments offers a community room, common areas, and a children's playground.
