Program Description
Seniors, adults and disabled children all live together sharing a home. 24 hour skilled nursing care is provided for children who require placement due to their medical conditions.
Eligible Children are admitted based on specific criteria.
"Grandma's House Intergenerational" Program creates an extended family for children and adults with various disabilities who are usually awaiting medical foster home placement.
All seniors and adults are admitted based on specific criteria and background checks.
The intergenerational program at Grandma's House provides a homelike atmosphere that fosters socialization and natural caregiving. It was created as a result of a vision that addressed the community's need for short and long term pediatric services.
A charter school is also located onsite for children.
