Older adults in need of in-home care assistance and support can sign up through an eligible Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or employer-sponsored plan.

Seniors are matched with a suitable ‘Pal’ with a mandatory criminal background check, a motor vehicle record check, and also receive regular training.

Feedback on each companion visit is reported through a post-visit survey.

Papa Pals works with health care plans such as Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and employer sponsored plans that are interested in providing caregiver benefits to their employees and help coordinate companion Pals who are paid to assist older adults with the following:

  • Errands
  • Rides to Appointments
