Program Description
The "Link2Care Online Support For Caregivers Of Those With Dementia" Program is available to caregivers who use the services of a California Caregiver Resource Center (CRC), their family members and to patients of the UC Davis Alzheimer's Research Center of California.
Alzheimer's and dementia caregiver assistance topics covered include:
-Latest news and information for Alzheimer's and other dementia caregivers
-Ask the Expert for medical, legal and general questions about caregiving for someone with Alzheimer's or other dementia
-Personal Journal - a confidential place to explore concerns and record your thoughts.
-Caregiver Discussion Group- a place to share concerns, ask questions and get support from others who are providing care for a loved one
Information and training is provided through local classes, workshops and events.
The "Link2Care Online Support For Caregivers Of Those With Dementia" Program also covers topics for caregivers of Stroke, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis.
