Program Description
The New Ventures in Leadership - Leaders of Color in the Field of Aging Program is one of the only programs in the field of aging designed to develop the next generation of leaders of color dedicated to being leaders within their organizations and committed to meeting the needs of older adults, including elders of color.
The goal of the New Ventures in Leadership - Leaders of Color in the Field of Aging Program is to improve senior's quality of life, health, safety and economic security in culturally appropriate ways.
Training includes assessments, web-based learning modules, mentoring and coaching.
