Program Description
Older adults are provided with information on senior scams and fraud and where to report a scam if they have been targeted.
Anti-fraud and scam training is delivered to senior living communities, libraries, congregations, and civic groups.
Trainings will teach seniors on how to recognize, respond and report the following scams:
- Grandparent scams.
- Telemarketing scams.
- Funeral scams.
- Sweepstakes scams.
- Online/Email scams.
- Medical/Medicare scams.
- Investment scams.
- Power of Attorney scams.
- Charity scams.
